Welcome to CollabPen! Before you access our services, please read these User Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the agreement between you and CollabPen Ltd. ("CollabPen") to use CollabPen AI and other products and services that we may provide.
1. Service Description
CollabPen allows users to sign up and generate content specific to their business needs.
2. Subscription and Payment
We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans with a 3-day free trial. After the trial, your credit card will be automatically charged. We will notify you before any charges are made.
3. Content Restrictions
Users are prohibited from generating illegal, pornographic, or gambling-related content. Violation of this policy may result in account termination.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse of the platform, or suspicion of fraud. Users will be notified prior to termination.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Osun State, Nigeria.
